AI Recipe Import gets three new modes: Photo (point GPT-4o vision at a printed recipe, recipe card, or even a finished-dish photo), Bulk URLs (paste up to 20 links at once), and Paste text (fallback for sites that block bots). Photos of finished dishes are estimated conservatively and every estimated quantity is flagged for verification.

Resolution Canvas in the recipe form replaces the old AI draft banner. Each extracted ingredient gets a live row: pick the AI's auto-match, search your DB inline, search the food database without leaving the form, and add to the recipe (with proper grams + nutrition rollup) one click at a time. "Add all matched" pushes every confident row in one shot.

Plan COGS rollup on every menu plan. Total cost, revenue, gross margin, food-cost percentage, and per-recipe breakdown - with a currency selector that converts mixed-currency ingredient costs into your primary currency.

Ingredient cost history. Every price change is snapshotted; open the History panel on any ingredient to see a sparkline + change log with up/down deltas.

Shopping list upgrade: aisle classifier groups items by Produce, Dairy, etc., per-row Have/Need toggle (persists per plan), supplier notes, and branded PDF export.

Menu plan editor: drag sections and items to reorder (cross-section drops too), Calendar view for date-based plans, per-day nutrition goals with target chips, and branded PDF print.

Recipe picker tabs: All / Recent / Favorites, six sort modes, AI similar-recipe suggestions on hover.

Per-collection permissions matrix in Settings. Member and Viewer roles get fine-grained read/create/update/delete control per collection. Enforced server-side.

Public-page protection: optional password gate (cookie-cached unlock), expiration dates, and visit analytics in Settings showing which links are getting traffic.

Custom domain field for white-label workspaces. Public menu and plan URLs automatically use your branded domain. Plus an export-footer text setting that lands at the bottom of every PDF and CSV export.

Two new label templates: EU 1169/2011 (mandatory back-of-pack format with kJ + kcal) and UK FIR 2014 (with %RI column). Plus custom physical-dimensions support: pick from 13 packaging presets (FDA standard, jars, bottles, pouches, etc.) and the label CSS-scales to fit.

Branded label exports: PDF and SVG outputs include your logo and brand colors automatically.

Mapper templates can now be shared across workspaces. Toggle "Share" when saving and other Nutrimatic users see it in their picker with a Clone button. Templates carry a schemaVersion field for forward compatibility.

Advanced Import gains AI auto-mapping (for unfamiliar column headers), dry-run preview, nutrition lookup for ingredient imports, multi-sheet XLSX support, and CSV/XLSX re-export of the cleaned rows.

Dedicated Export page. Pick recipes / ingredients / menus / menu plans, choose CSV / XLSX / JSON, optionally include the full nutrition map for round-trip backup. Output is branded with your company header and export-footer.

Dashboard home rewritten on Firestore count() aggregations + slim projections. Workspaces with 1000+ recipes that used to take seconds now load instantly - the page pulls a few KB instead of MBs of recipe data.

Allergen Matrix: print-ready PDF export, sortable columns (click any header), and a highlight chip strip to drill into a single allergen.

Recipe version history: side-by-side diff view with field-level change highlights and ingredient added/removed lists.

Activity log: filter by user and action, "restored" verb shows when a version is rolled back, and consecutive same-user-same-entity edits within 10 minutes auto-merge into single rows so the feed stays readable.

Menu Plans: build daily, weekly, 3-day, restaurant, event, or fully custom menus. Each section you name holds recipes you pick directly, with optional price, notes, and serving counts per item.

Recipe picker with full-text search, allergen filter, and source-menu filter. Bulk-import every recipe from an existing menu into a section in one click.

Public menu plan pages with QR codes for sharing. Brand-themed and customer-facing.

Advanced Import: upload CSV or XLSX, map columns to ingredient, menu, or recipe fields, and save the mapping as a reusable template. Includes 13 transforms (trim, parseNumber, multiply, splitCsv, normalizeAllergens, and more) so messy spreadsheets import cleanly.

Four new label templates added alongside the existing four: Linear strip (narrow horizontal labels), Compact (small jars and sachets), Bilingual compact (English + Arabic side-by-side), and GCC standard (Saudi/UAE GSO 9/2018 + 2233/2018 with per-100g and per-serving columns).

The standalone label generator now lets you switch between all eight templates from a vertical tab strip in the preview modal. Same eight templates available in the recipe form's label preview.

Cost and Margin (COGS) panel on every recipe. Set cost per 100g on your custom ingredients and recipe cost, per-serving cost, gross margin, markup, and food-cost percentage compute automatically.

Recipe Version History: every save is snapshotted. View any prior state, see what changed and who changed it, and restore in one click. Restoring is also reversible.

Team and roles management. Invite teammates, set admin or member access, and manage your workspace directly from Settings.

White-label branding. Upload a logo, set primary and accent colors, add company name and website. Your public menu pages take on your brand.

Activity feed now shows the person who made each change with avatar and the exact fields that changed (e.g. "title, allergies, +2 ingredients").

Activity entries auto-clean after 90 days via Firestore TTL. Pagination handles long histories without slowing reads.

Settings page rebuilt into clean cards: General, Team and Roles, Branding, Database Tools.
